who likes to build

I’m a product designer and builder with 10+ years of experience across startups, scale-ups and large organizations. I’ve designed everything from mobile banking and real-estate marketplaces to design systems, and I’ve built two companies from scratch. The common thread is that I like getting close to the real problem, understanding what’s driving it, and figuring out what actually needs to change.

I’m happiest working with talented PMs and engineers on ambiguous problems, moving between strategy and interface detail, and iterating until something good ships. Sometimes that means designing a better experience. Sometimes it means questioning the product itself. I’m looking for teams where that kind of thinking is useful, and where people work openly, take shared ownership, and care about shipping good products.
